The 30 Day Play project was a pivotal experiment in my practice, exploring the intersection between intuition and creative process. Over the course of 30 days, I produced a new artwork daily, removing the constraints of expectation and allowing the unconscious to lead. This series reflects a conscious surrender to playful experimentation, where materials, intuition, and energy coalesced into organic and unexpected outcomes. Each piece represents a moment of connection between the internal psyche and external environment, shaped by the influence of synchronicity and the embodied act of creation. The works represent not only an exploration of my unconscious but also the shifting dynamics of art-making when freed from the demands of the ego.
The following images are examples from the 30 Day Play project, representing moments where the work emerged organically, guided by the integrity of the materials and my psyche. The process often brought shadow elements to the surface, revealing unexpected depth and complexity in the pieces. The final two images show works installed in a local derelict building, responding to both the environment and the energy that shaped their creation.
